My yoga journey…so far
Yoga has been a sort of background shadow in my life from the age of 13 I believe. My mother had bought some laundry detergent which came with a yoga tutorial CD ( I know CD’s are ancient… I look younger than I actually am ). I practiced that yoga video for weeks on end…
